Postage & Packing:
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of order. You should receive your products within 3-5 working days at the following rates which will be applied at the time of your order. We ship from the Highlands of Scotland, so please allow for this.

Within United Kingdom:
orders below £10 - £2 p&p
between £10 and £24.99 - £4 p&p
between £25 and £74.99 - £5 p&p
£75 and above - FREE p&p

For EU Countries and Rest of the World:
Please contact us by email with your order and we will confirm cost of post and packaging to you along with payment terms.

Refunds:
If for any reason you are not happy with your products, please return them to Pure Therapy, Losganbeag, Colintraive, Argyll, PA22 3AR within 14 days and the cost of the products will be fully reimbursed via Paypal. The cost of postage is non-refundable.
